Waccamaw Trace

Waccamaw Trace is a lovely community located in North Litchfield Beach and only a few blocks from the ocean.  There are resale homes, lots and new homes available.  The homes are a raised beach style with parking available underneath and offer three to five bedroom floorplans.  The amenities are a community pool and a neighborhood lake.  Waccamaw Trace is also known as a bird watcher’s paradise because of all the birds in the area.

Living in this area has its advantages.  There are wonderful restaurants and shops here.  Have lunch at Bistro 217 or the Chive Blossom.  Shop is the Hammock Shops or in several of the local shops.  Have a picnic out on the beach or at the state park.  Visit Brookgreen Gardens and take a boat ride along the river.  Myrtle Beach is just one half hour away where you can shop at Coastal Grand Mall or take in a show.  Charleston is one and one half hours away where you can dine at world class restaurants, shop in the City Market or take in Ft. Sumter.
