The Tradition

The Tradition is a gated, golf course community in the Litchfield section of Pawleys Island.  The golf course was designed by well-known Florida golf course designer Ron Garl.  This 72-par, 6,875 track course is one of the most popular in the area and is one of the courses on the Waccamaw Golf Trail.  The homes in Tradition range in size from 1,300 heated square feet to over 3,400 heated square feet.  The floorplans range in size from three to five bedrooms.  Amenities include a community swimming pool, access to tennis courts and beach access through Litchfield By The Sea.

The Tradition is just a short drive to the beach.  Litchfield By The Sea has a private beach and oceanfront clubhouse for your use.  The Litchfield/Pawleys Island area has lots of great boutiques, stores, restaurants, medical and health facilities.  The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is close by and Myrtle Beach is just a short drive where you can enjoy shopping or take in a show.  Charleston lies only 1.5 hours away where you can dine, shop and tour Ft. Sumter.
