Bird’s Nest

The Bird’s Nest community is located out on the island of Pawleys Island. These homes vary in age as well as price with some starting around $500,000 and going all the way up to over $2M. All homes are in the raised beach style and most are oceanfront, while some are on the 2nd and 3rd rows back from the beach. There is a boat landing nearby that is available to you to launch your boat in the creek for some fishing.

After enjoying a relaxing day on the beach, you can go inland to have dinner at one of Pawleys Island’s famous restaurants or go shopping in some of our wonderful boutiques. Everything you need is close by on the mainland, grocery stores, post office, entertainment, and medical. You are only a short drive away from Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach where there is a fantastic nightlife or take a 90 minute drive down to Charleston and enjoy a day at The Charleston City Market or enjoying a horse drawn carriage ride through this lovely city. There is always something fun to do when you live at the coast.
